DESIGN & BUILDING PROCESS
We offer an initial Complimentary Introduction Call: get to know your project, and determine if your needs and desires and our skills and resources are a workable match.
When a relationship is formed, we will provide Hourly Consultation to guide you through pre construction services which include:
Project visioning and planning and the establishment of cost saving strategies and realistic budgetary goals
Program Definition of the specific square footage required for each space
Concept Design: The provision of preliminary sketches and conceptual renderings.
Schematic Design Package: Floorplans, Elevations, Preliminary Renderings
Pricing : Develop drawings and preliminary finishes to determine rough pricing from General Contractors, Sub-Contractors and/or Manufacturers and Suppliers.
Permit Drawings: Submit proposed building to applicable jurisdictions
Construction Documents: Develop and detail the drawings used to build
Construction Administration: Oversee construction
